Silicon & VLSI Design

Our Bench-Testing Standard
Every prototype engineered at buildproject.in undergoes strict bench-testing protocols before it is packed and dispatched:
We verify 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails under full load with DC bench supplies to ensure zero voltage brownout resets occur during motor stalls or RF transmissions.
Pull-up resistor values and baud rates are confirmed via logic analyzer to eliminate bus hang-ups, intermittent sensor reads, and corrupted telemetry packets.
Before courier dispatch, we record a working demonstration video showing real-time sensor serial output, OLED displays, and actuators operating properly.
Assembled circuits and sensitive silicon chips are packaged in anti-static ESD bags, shielded with multi-layer bubble wrap, and shipped via expedited air courier across India.
We supply clean KiCad/Fritzing pinout diagrams, modular C++/Python firmware with readable comments, and step-by-step setup guides to simplify viva demonstration.
Upon delivery, students receive live setup assistance via Google Meet or WhatsApp to verify initial power-up, driver installations, and code compiling on their laptops.
