Not for Commercial Use: Our recommendations are NOT certified for life-support, industrial automated safety, commercial aviation, medical devices, automotive drive systems, or any mission-critical deployments.

buildproject is a digital tool and consultation platform. We do not sell, stock, assemble, or ship any physical hardware components.
- We do not handle order fulfillment or logistics.
- All shipping times, return policies, and dead-on-arrival (DOA) guarantees are governed entirely by the third-party e-commerce website where you complete your purchase.
- Please review the shipping and return policies of the destination seller before placing an order.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Platform Intellectual Property: buildproject retains ownership of its website UI, algorithms, proprietary library abstractions, the Live BOM Estimator software engine, and branding assets. You may not scrape, decompile, or commercially mirror our platform.
- Client Data: Any project files or ideas you share with us for consultation remain your intellectual property.
7. Electrical Safety & Handling Precautions

Electronics prototyping involves inherent risks. If your project interfaces with AC mains (230V relays, smart energy meters) or high-discharge batteries (LiPo/18650):

- buildproject disclaims all liability for accidental shocks, thermal damage, or circuit shorts caused by improper client handling, incorrect wiring, or following our educational calculations incorrectly.
8. Student Referral Program
buildproject may operate an accountless Student Partner Referral Program to encourage peer recommendations. Participation is governed by the following binding terms:
- Any student may generate a unique referral link by providing their Name, College/Branch, and active UPI ID. No account registration is required.
- Referrers receive commissions only if the referred user completes a qualifying consultation or transaction as defined by our active promotions.
- We reserve the right to invalidate any referral codes generated using fraudulent methods or self-referrals.
9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
