An autonomous, anti-theft grain dispensing kiosk engineered to eradicate black marketing, duplicate ration cards, and inaccurate manual weighing in the Public Distribution System (PDS). Deployed with an ESP32 dual-core gateway, the station verifies beneficiaries through Aadhaar-linked RFID cards or client-side neural face landmark matching. Upon authentication, a high-torque PWM servo valve actuates a gravity-feed hopper while an HX711 24-bit ADC continuously monitors a strain gauge load cell to enforce sub-gram precision cutoff at the exact monthly entitlement, instantly synchronizing tamper-proof deduction logs to a cloud PostgreSQL ledger.
